Project Overview
On September 9, 2025, Efficient Developments was awarded a $2.19 million NCDOT contract to improve the intersection of US 74, Rocky River Road, James Hamilton Road, and Myers Road. The project includes roadway grading, drainage improvements, paving, concrete island construction, curb and gutter installation, and final pavement markings. These improvements will enhance traffic operations, improve stormwater management, and increase safety for motorists traveling through this heavily used corridor.
